Buying a car at “Wanganui Car Centre”
Buying a car is never straight forward: it’s stressful because you have to find the right car within your budget, then you have to trust the dealers that are selling you the car. We found gold when we went to the Wanganui Car Centre. The first time we were on the lot we were met with a smile and someone who listened to everything we had to say. We weren’t pushed into anything and left knowing we would go back, unlike some of the other dealers that we had been to. The second time we went to the team at Wanganui Car Centre we tried lots of ways to make our money work with lots of financial advise and never made us feel bad about our financial situation. Every other time we went back (and there were lots) we were always greeted with a smile and any question no matter how silly I thought it was, was answered without me feeling stupid. We were encouraged to take any car out for a test drive and weren’t put to the side when the bank was taking a long time to finalise our money. The Wanganui Car Centre team treated us like friends and not as customers. This made the whole thing as easy as possible when so many people were giving us problems when there shouldn’t be any. We trusted everything that they said to us and Wanganui’s too small to make a bad deal.
